Hello! This is a print of an original gouache painting of Downtown Portland. I love Portland and I have lived here for over 20 years. Winter is one of my favorite seasons here. I love how moody the city becomes when it's rainy and cold. 

The original was painted by me, using gouache and a paintbrush. No AI was used.
